Meet the creators:
Hi I’m Brendan Mercado and I am a co-creator of the website ‘The Abuse of Power’. This website is meant to showcase what we have learned in the English course ‘ENG 3U2’ and apply it to a theme of our choice (in this case, power) as well as the world around us. In the course we have analyzed many short stories, William Golding’s Lord of the Flies, and William Shakespeare’s The Tragedy of Macbeth.
Hi I’m Kenneth Ancheta and I am the co-creator the website ‘The Abuse of Power’. This website is to showcase how people abuse their power through film, poetry, and music, using what we learned in our English course. We have analyzed two stories that abuse power, and now it is our job to find other stories with the same theme, and also how it can relate to today’s society.
